Tualatin Valley Primary Care (formerly Tualatin Internal Medicine) is a small private internal medicine practice that provides individualized primary care with an emphasis on evidence based guidelines.
We now have two locations: 6485 SW Borland Road on the Meridian Park Hospital Campus in Tualatin, and 21887 SW Sherwood Blvd in Sherwood. We also serve Wilsonville, West Linn, Oregon City, Tigard, Newberg, McMinnville, Woodburn, Portland, Salem, and beyond.

We provide on-call coverage 24/7 for our patient's urgent issues that shouldn't wait until regular clinic hours.
Physical exams, annual wellness visits, sports physicals, PAP Smears, chronic disease management including Diabetes, Emphysema, COPD, Congestive Heart Failure, Thyroid diseases, Skin evaluations and biopsies/excisions, cryotherapy of anomalies such as skin cancer and pre-cancerous lesions, minor wound repair with sutures, drainage and care of skin infections, ear wax removal and other primary services.

Contact your Pharmacy first for refills, they'll contact your provider to confirm the prescription(s), and If you are eligible for a refill the pharmacy will inform you and prepare medication for you to pick up.
We do not automatically refill medications at your first visit. Narcotics are not prescribed or refilled at initial visit, provider will discuss a plan at your follow up visit.
