About us

Tualatin Internal Medicine is a small private internal medicine practice that provides individualized primary care with an emphasis on evidence based guidelines.  

We are located on the Meridian Park Campus facing Borland Rd.  We serve the surrounding communities and are easily accessible from Tigard, Tualatin, Sherwood, Wilsonville, Woodburn, West Linn, Oregon City and many other local areas.  

As a small practice we aim to provide the personal and individualized care that many patients are looking for.  We feel that we can do a better job than many of the larger health institutions.  We value the relationships that are formed and the trust that is placed in us.  

Tualatin Internal Medicine provides on-call coverage 24/7 for urgent issues that shouldn't wait until regular clinic hours. 

Physical exams, annual wellness visits, sports physicals, PAP Smears, chronic disease management (Diabetes, Empysema, COPD, Congestive Heart Failure, Thyroid diseases), Skin evaluations and biopsies/excisions,cryotherapy of anomalies such as skin cancer and pre-cancerous lesions, minor wound repair with sutures, drainage and care of skin infections, ear wax removal and much more.

We do not automatically refill medications at your first visit. Narcotics are not prescribed or refilled at initial visit, provider will discuss a plan at your follow up visit. You must contact clinic staff directly with Medical requests and your provider will review, *please allow 48-72hrs for non-emergency requests during business days. You should always contact your Pharmacy for refills, they will then get in touch with your healthcare provider to confirm the prescription(s), If you are eligible for a refill the pharmacy would inform you and prepare medication for you to pick up.
